Visits and expected
Every visit, filtered the way you need it
The full record of who came through the gate. Filter and search it, or switch to the Expected tab for the day’s bookings before anyone arrives.
- Filter by inside, left, or purpose, and search hosts by any part of the name.
- Check out in one tap; the time and the operator are saved.
- One tap turns a booking into a check-in, and a blocklisted booking is still refused.
Visitor directory
One record per visitor, matched by ID
Everyone on file, searchable and filterable by allowed or blocklisted. Visitors are matched by their identity document, so a new spelling never earns a clean record.
- Flag someone to the blocklist on the spot.
- A blocked check-in is refused, with the reason shown at the desk.
- The ID number is never stored, only a one-way hash used to match.
Host units
Your real units, and who to call for each
Define your apartments, offices, or suites once, so operators pick from a list instead of typing 4B three different ways.
- Picking from the list keeps the log filterable: 4B, 4-B and Apt 4B never split into three.
- Choosing a unit at check-in fills in that unit’s contact name and number automatically.
- Each unit can hold more than one contact.
Customizable settings
Configure the whole site, not just the form
Beyond the check-in fields: set your time zone, when a visit counts as a long stay, when a booking turns late or a no-show, and who may see ID scans, edit visits, or read older history.
- Each check-in field is hidden, optional, or required. Only the visitor’s name is always required.
- Set the long-stay threshold and the late and no-show timers in minutes.
- Control operator history, who can open an ID scan, and who can edit a visit.

A record you can trust later
Every check-in, check-out, edit, and blocklist action is saved with who did it and when. The trail is append-only, and only admins can read it.
- Filter by action, person, or date to answer who opened a stored ID scan.
- History cannot be edited or deleted, even with direct access to the data.
- Viewing an ID document is itself recorded.

Choose a custom subdomain of Entry Keep, such as acme.entrykeep.com, or use your own domain, such as entry.yourcompany.com.
