The service
Entry Keep records visitor check-ins and check-outs for the sites in your organization. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not operate a barrier, control a lock, or make a decision about whether someone may enter. A person does that.
Your responsibilities
You are the controller of the visitor records at your sites. That includes telling visitors what you record and why, keeping staff accounts accurate, and only collecting a document number where you are entitled to.
Acceptable use
No using the audit trail to build a profile unrelated to site access, no uploading data you have no right to hold, and no attempting to reach another organization's records.
Availability and liability
Uptime commitments, support response times, and limitation of liability go here, matching the plan or agreement in force.
Ending the agreement
You can close an account at any time and export the audit trail before you do. On closure the account becomes read-only before records are removed, so nothing is lost by cancelling on the wrong day.
