Entry Keep holds names, and sometimes identity documents. It is built on that assumption: access is scoped per site, the audit trail is append-only, and nothing on this site follows a visitor into the product.
Common questions
Do visitors need to install an app?
No. A guard or receptionist checks the visitor in on a phone or a wall-mounted tablet. The visitor downloads nothing and creates no account.
What hardware do we need at the gate?
None to buy. Entry Keep runs in a web browser on a phone or tablet you already have. There is nothing to wire in and no server to run.
Can a visit record be edited or deleted later?
It depends on the permissions your organization admin grants. Where they allow it, a visit can be edited or deleted, but every change and deletion is written to the audit trail, which records who did it and when and can never be modified.
