Every check-in, check-out and blocklist action is saved with the guard who did it and the time. The audit trail can only be added to, so a disputed entry has one answer.
Questions
Can a resident let a guest in before they arrive?
Yes. An expected visitor can be pre-booked with the unit and the time, and the arrivals board shows the gatehouse who is due. When the guest reaches the gate, the booking becomes a check-in in one tap, and anyone blocklisted in the meantime is still refused.
Do guards need special hardware at the gate?
No. Entry Keep runs in a web browser on a phone or a wall-mounted tablet you already have. There is nothing to wire in at the gatehouse and no server to run.
Are residents and their guests kept private?
Access to the records is limited to admins, and identity-document numbers are stored only as a one-way hash that no one can read back. A guest is never left on a shared paper logbook on the gate desk.
